In addition to my professional journey, I'm a loving wife and the proud mama of two delightful girls, Mila and Madeleine.
With a decade of experience as a dental hygienist, I've always held a strong fascination for the critical role of airway health. It's a subject that has been close to my heart. My introduction to Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy began when my eldest daughter, at 2.5 years old, developed a thumb-sucking habit. We watched as her entire facial structure transformed as the habit gradually led to a cascade of other symptoms. It became my heartfelt mission to empower mothers and individuals of all ages with the knowledge that we can significantly enhance these functional issues in our day-to-day lives through the remarkable realm of myofunctional therapy.

Married and a proud mother of two wonderful sons, Bryce and Nolan, my personal journey took an unexpected turn when I discovered my youngest's airway issues. Myofunctional therapy was the missing puzzle piece in our family. So, I decided to embark on this wild adventure to help others breathe easy, one tongue thrust at a time.
