HEY
With over a decade of experience as a dental professional, airway health has always been something I’ve been deeply passionate about. But this work became incredibly personal when my oldest daughter developed a thumb-sucking habit at just 2.5 years old. Over time, I watched how one small habit could begin to influence facial growth, oral function, sleep, and overall health.

That experience sparked a deep dive into the world of orofacial myofunctional therapy and completely changed the way I viewed breathing, oral habits, and development. It became my mission to help parents and individuals better understand the connection between oral function, airway health, and overall well-being — and to empower them with simple, practical tools that can create lasting change.
Outside of Airways Academy, I’m a proud wife and mama to two sweet girls, Mila and Madeleine — the original inspiration behind this journey 💛

HEY
As a dedicated dental hygienist with over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of caring for countless smiles.
Married and a proud mother of two wonderful sons, Bryce and Nolan, my personal journey took an unexpected turn when I discovered my youngest's airway issues. Myofunctional therapy was the missing puzzle piece in our family. So, I decided to embark on this wild adventure to help others breathe easy, one tongue thrust at a time.

With a deep commitment to providing expert care and spreading awareness, I am here to make a positive difference in the world of dental health and myofunctional therapy.

Join me in this laughter-filled journey to better oral health and a brighter, breathier future!
