STEP 3:
LASTING CHANGE
Most families work with us for 5–7 months as we create real, lasting improvements in breathing, sleep, and function. This is where the real change happens.
Through ongoing support, communication, and regular check-ins, we tailor everything to you or your child—so you actually see & feel the progress.
STEP 4:

Even when we are done therapy, you’re never on your own. We give you access to our full exercise library and protocols so you always have a clear path back to proper function if you get off track.

WHAT IS MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPY?
Myofunctional therapy focuses on how the muscles of the face and mouth work together, especially for breathing, chewing, swallowing, and speaking.
When these muscles aren’t functioning properly, it can lead to issues like mouth breathing, poor tongue posture, tongue thrust, speech challenges, and even disrupted sleep.
Through simple, guided exercises, myofunctional therapy helps retrain the tongue, lips, and facial muscles to work the way they’re meant to. It also supports healthier oral habits that can have a lasting impact on growth and development.
The goal is to improve function first. Better breathing, better sleep, and more stable, long-term oral health.
